This report presents the actual working time of the machine over a 7-day period using a bar graph. The machine's uptime is evaluated according to the speed of the driven wheel

WORK AREA MAPPING

The working area represents all the areas in which the machine has actually worked. The operativity of the machine is evaluated according to the speed of the driven wheel. When the wheel is stationary, the machine is not considered operational, even if it is switched on.

COST AND MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

This section allows the user to enter the costs incurred and the maintenance carried out or to be carried out on the equipment.

GEOFENCING

Allows you to set a security perimeter beyond which the machine is not allowed to move. You will receive an alert notification whenever the boundary is crossed.

Sarchiatura ottica di precisione con Maintech

Maintech mette alla prova a Mais Domani la sarchiatrice STM5 a 4 file. Gli elementi sarchianti sono inoltre accessoriati di rotori in gomma con sezione da 370 mm che svolgono un’efficace azione di diserbo meccanico bio-compatibile. Alla sarchiatrice è collegato un sistema di guida autonomo Greencam TSC-60 con doppia camera ottica. Questo sistema elettronico di guida autonoma è dotato di doppia camera ottica in grado di catturare l’immagine delle colture, durante l’avanzamento, l’immagine viene analizzata al fine di individuare l’esatta posizione delle singole piante. Il telaio traslante, sulla base delle informazioni ricevute, guida la sarchiatrice tra le file. Il sistema, dotato di processore, gestisce e corregge la velocità di spostamento in base alla direzionalità della fila.
